The sun has been sending amazing rays of light to us throughout this whole month of October. I have felt like I have been surrounded and supported by larger Light as I have spent time walking outdoors. There has been a lot of intense change going on, with the result of that being large forward movement in my deeper life. This movement has been preceded by numerous experiences of letting go of long-held beliefs and old ways of thinking that no longer serve me. October always feels to me like a shake-up! It holds high energy as we take stock of the year's harvest, assess what needs to be released, and move forward with open hearts and positive energy into the next cycle of unfolding. Leaves swirl in the wind, mentoring us with their shifting and cleansing energy and wisdom.
